      - Servant Leadership / People Care (About the mission, the wins, and your wellbeing and career trajectory) - Authentic Company Culture - Other places can seem forced, but I truly feel like I have people that have my back and are supportive. - Office is what you would imagine a well-funded startup. Really cool design, office perks, and also a great internal community. - Social Balance: A lot of social groups in each of the office locations with a diverse array of activities and events. - Flexible Work (Hybrid/In-Office) - Really up to you and your team. - Incredible Interview & Onboarding Process - Probably one of the smoothest and straight forward interview/onboarding processes i've been through. I could tell every individual in the process really cared and honored their word.

      Cons

      - Office in DC, although really cool, is still under renovation and is growing. Sometimes the office feels a little empty.
