      - truly making an impact in the defense-tech space with real mission impact - some of the smartest people in the world solving hard problems - competitive comp with annual equity awards that provide upside if things go well

      Magic beans (stock options) might be worth something some day.

      Cons

      Senior/Top management is a bunch of arrogant elitists that expect you to be thankful to work 60+ hour weeks. Even top performers are worried they’ll be fired. Middle management are slave drivers that does not care about mission, which just makes the nonsense “make service members proud” lip service to exploit the government.
