      Pros

      Great people to work with. The teams are fantastic. The tech is great. The technical vision is fantastic.

      Cons

      Senior leadership hasn't figured out how to deal with people yet. They do underhanded things to reduce the employee benefits (like 401k match reduction) at the same time as asking for 50-55 hour weeks from the teams. They told us that if we work less than 45 hours we will be fired. Now they will be lucky if enough people stay to deliver.

      Toxic work environment. Expects 80 hour work weeks. Upper management doesn't care about individual contributors. Product management is incompetent. Priorities are all over the place.
