      Pros

      Never expected to find a culture like this in the corporate world. Leadership cares about their people and mission they set a high bar on performance. The products are game-changing and the talent is world-class. For people who are or want to be elite, this company is the place to be.

      Cons

      The tempo is not for everyone. Shield AI is determined to create the world's best AI pilot and that requires abnormally high levels of energy and work ethic.

      Pros

      competitive pay, great snacks and drinks/catered lunch, awesome teammates. I've been able to grow my career with increasing levels of responsibility at Shield AI. I appreciate that my manager sets clear goals and expectations, and they genuinely care about my career growth and personal well-being. I am excited about the company's prospects.

      standard growing pains of a company scaling at such a rapid pace.

      Terrible Company, Terrible Management

      Pros

      Not much, pretty decent pay but not competitive for experience. Hopefully a company where equity will actually pay off, but seems like the leadership team is far from achieving that goal, if ever.

      Cons

      Terrible management. No leadership, only slave drivers who are given more responsibility and promotions for being hard lined with no empathy. Even if you have many years of experience and work your tail off from sun up to sun down, if your manager thinks they are better (this is always the case), you get run out of the company or given a bad review. Ivy League doesn’t equal good leadership. Male dominated culture where tons of women left the company and nothing was done by legal/hr/leadership.
