Pros

Very thorough process, with great communication of each stage within that process. Opportunity to meet key stakeholders in the interview, discuss company culture, role objectives and life at Shield AI. The site, the operation and most importantly, the people really impressed me. The team were passionate about the product and the company. Even through the limited time I spent in the interview process, I bought into the culture and can't wait to be part of it.

Great atmosphere if you like fast paced and hard work that's meaningful. Lots of prior military, so the company definitely has that military hierarchy feel.
