      Get to work on something that has a positive impact, get to work with smart people, opportunity to learn a ton, work on cutting edge tech

      Cons

      If you are uncomfortable in a rapidly growing startup this will not be a good fit - lots of figuring out what you're doing as you go. Long hours.

      Pros

      - Strong values that are emphasized regularly and are reinforced and incentivized culturally. - Excellent mission that imbues employees with a sense of purpose. - Work with people that are sharp, motivated, and kind. I am constantly being challenged by my fellow employees and am always learning from them. - Effective and inspiring leadership team that is comprised of experts in their respective fields.

      Cons

      - Expect to work longer hours than say, a typical SF tech company, but this is easily offset by the satisfaction and enjoyment I get working to support a strong mission with people I greatly enjoy being around.
