Shields Health Solutions reviews

I started recently, and the training is by far some of the best I have encountered... maybe even a little TOO detailed. The people are friendly, supportive, and always available to answer questions. This is the first job I've held where I actually feel as though everyone is on the same page and working towards a mission instead of just the salary. Speaking of pay, it is reasonable. It could be a little higher, especially taking into consideration inflation, cost of living, education, and workload. However, it seems Shields promotes quickly from within, so hopefully once I prove competent, opportunities will open. I will definitely keep my eyes peeled and update this review :)

Great company with an awesome patient care model. They are awesome with not only meeting patient needs, but care about their employees as well. This has been a great experience, and a breath of fresh air from my previous employment. Happy to be apart of this great company!
