      Pros

      Results driven, many aspects of manufacturing to be learned. Generally fair pay/benefits overall. Still quite a profitable manufacturing company.

      Cons

      ISO company but some work procedures not well regulated, v high workload in some dept, endless issues to resolve. Lack of proper staff training in certain areas. Bias towards extroverted personalities. Micromanage work style.

      -Stable company -Colleagues who are willing to share and teach -Good for people who are not looking for career progression and a good place to stay and perform the bare minimum -End work on time

      Cons

      -Complete lack of clear direction for the dept. to follow -Lack of guidance from management -Lack of clear communication between management and staff -Management espouse a blaming culture -Lack of career progression -Highly inefficient processes (reporting etc.) - manual and laborious backward processes
