      Overall pay package is average. Lunch is provided in canteen, save hassle to buy. Company is localized to Chinese context.

      Cons

      Location is far at Benoi Sector. Career advancement is slow. Work is answerable to many management staff and levels.

      Pros

      An increase in pay within 90 days, friendly staff , pretty laid back, organized, team work , good amount of breaks through out the day. Understanding, staff works with you

      Cons

      Can be humid, but staying hydrated helps. A lot of walking , comfortable shoes is a must, wear loose clothing to keep cool as possible

      Stable Company. Good for those who are not looking for career progression.

      Pros

      It's a stable company with good set of benefits. The base pay may not be high as compared to others but they give good bonus. It's a multi-racial setting with talented resource. There are lots of seniors (10 to 30 yrs).

      Cons

      The main con is the slow career progression. Poor management style in terms of goal setting for employees. Uni-direction communication with management.
