      Meeting and fun gathering at hotel resorts overseas travelling opportunities

      Cons

      Manager didn't bother to train you and didn't care about your development, all the manager cares only result and result. Lousy lunch. Low payment. Most of our ideas are turned down by the manager by saying we were not experienced enough. Unfriendly work environment.

      Cons

      Underpaid is severe. Non stop project killing engineers' innovative for product improvement. Namely Quality engineer, actual scope is product engineer. As major part of Quality guys will be QMS knowledge, which couldn't gain from this post
