Pros

Non Managers are all pretty good people. Get exposed to a lot of different methods of Fishing and learn from the real professionals.

Cons

Can be Cliquey Upper Management Doesn't Care about you. Bottom Line first, employees second. Complete lack of Diversity HQ Culture isn't one of friendliness for this organization. If you're looking for a place to grow professionally and succeed, even if you work hard, this isn't it... Short Term only consideration

Terrible pay and crazy schedule

Plenty of available hours to work if you need them

Cons

Management does not seem to know what they are doing. Keep adding work and responsibilities but they do not compensate for it. Because the pay is so bad very few decent people come to work there. They don't have the time to train. They say that they are understaffed. They expect trainers to train and work at the same time
