Would recommend for 3D Artists if they have opening

Pros

- Generally had a really good experience working in their in-house animation team, learnt a lot and it was good for my portfolio - Worked in Maya for asset preparation, rigging and animation, then Unreal Engine for lighting and rendering - Work-life balance was good, we did OT sometimes towards the end of the project, but they had OT compensation so I didn't mind - In terms of the office, it was a bit far at 20 Benoi Sector, but I didn't really mind - There is a pantry in office, canteen provides lunch and there's a uniform, so you don't really have to worry about what to wear - Managers are good, product designers and people who are there have generally been there a long time

Cons

- Generally as a 3D artist, you would be working on videos for internal showcase or for Japan marketing team (more rare), so the content of the videos are fairly consistent - their bicycle or fishing products - Japan company, so might be hard to get full-time role, really depends on if they have the opening for that
