Pros

Free canteen food. Standardised office attire with provided uniforms

Cons

So many cons I don’t even know where to start. 1) Office culture is toxic, office politics brought to the next level. Daily gossip and bullying especially if you’re the type who works hard and do not join in their “gossip culture”. You will become their prey of gossip. 2) Speak in other languages like cantonese or dialect to intentionally attack the “weaker”, or if you’re not in their “gang” 3) Only work when management is around, and know how to boot-lick. Mouth run faster and louder than hands. Cunning. Very noisy working environment with constant gossiping. 4) Poor management who will constantly criticise employee. Even when employee show results, they only pinpoint what you didn’t do well but do not teach. No gratitude culture here. 5) Poor communication among teams just because they select who they want to communicate. If they don’t like you, end game for you. Work will be a miserable challenge because you will be confused with lack of info. Then they will push blames for not taking initiative to ask when they’re showing prejudice. 6) No professionalism and basic respect. 7) 30 min more working hour than normal companies with only 30 min of lunch break. After queuing for food, only left 10-15 min to eat. 8) Inefficient work culture with so many reports to do. Majority of the work time spent on building reports, or doing useless company projects and activities hosted by company. Management always asking for improvements, but where got time? dont even have time to work on own jobs. 9) no career opportunities because all opportunities wil only go to management level and above. no career growth Join at your own risk, prepare for no work life balance and a mental health torture.
