Pros

Company culture is amazing, management is incredible. Very empathetic and actually care about their employees. Management takes escalations and ensures you are comfortable in the environment you work in.

Cons

Can be slow, but that is a good problem to have. They keep you busy with developmental projects to ensure you dont lose out on money while tickets are low.

Fun product, collaborative environment, opportunities for advancement, amazing colleagues, management is pretty good at hearing people out at all levels of the organization

Cons

some growing pains as they exit startup culture and enter a more corporate structure, pay is competitive for some employees but only if they are good at advocating for themselves
