If you have a degree, you can find a better job
Pros
This job offers a cool office, mediocre pay and benefits, and you can tell people you “work at Shipt” if that’s important to you. It’s important to note, with a little work, and leaving Shipt OFF of my resume I found a job working normal hours for substantially more money.
Cons
This is a call center job. No ways around that. There used to be hundreds of 1 star reviews on here but a lot of them were removed for some reason. This was a genuine hell hole to work in. You work 8 or 10 hours a day. You get two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch break. No control over your schedule. The entire time you are there you are taking extremely angry phone calls or chats. I would not recommend this job to anybody that has a degree. None of this is what made me leave though. I was mislead by this company. They will tell you people often move up out of x team. I have been gone for some time now and the people that were there when I left still work the same god awful job.
