By doing this Members are given a bad shopping experience by the shopper and the results of items ordered is lack luster. When Target corporation acquired this company the downward spiral began to creep in and things began to change with "positivity" seeping in with it made to look like the shoppers were being protected and built up. The all inclusive mind set at Shipt is rampant. There is so much improvement that could be made for the bottom line if only the upper mgmt would use true wisdom instead of what they perceive as wisdom. Members, first and foremost would benefit as well as shoppers and then the stockholder.
