      A place where conservatives are discriminated against.

      Flexibility of scheduling, friday lunches and food, etc

      Cons

      As a conservative in Birmingham, do not plan on fitting in with the far leaning Liberal Agenda that is pushed from everybody including the CEO. If you do not agree, you are outcast heavily.
