      The mission is unparalleled. The patients made every day of work worth it.

      Cons

      Some departments are very challenging. They are not run by individuals who know/understand/or implement best practices. They rely completely on "whatever management wants" which leads to lackluster results. It was unfortunate to see.

      I couldn't ask for a better place to work. This place is brimming with inspiration from patients and fellow co-workers. I'm so glad to be part of such an incredible community and culture.

      Cons

      Honestly, I think the organization has made significant strides in the last few years. The new hospital is amazing and the leadership team has gone to great lengths to increase employee engagement and communications.
