co-workers are very helpful people generally are easy to work with

Cons

scheduling is always a mess. managers always give a whole unit the same days off so u can't switch schedules when needed , little pay, micromanagers are rampant, beware of the co-worker supervisors!

The Shirley Ryan AbilityLab (formerly Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago) truly lives up to the its moniker as being the #1 ranker Rehabilitation hospital for almost 30 years. Everyone from researchers, physicians and nurses all care deeply about their work and definitely work hard to maintain this excellence.You won't find a better place for intellectual stimulation in rehabilitation medicine and science.

Cons

The pay is average. Since the move to the new hospital certain recommendations regarding workflow processes and facility changes have fallen on deaf ears. This has led to the beginning of a small brain drain.
