Great culture! I had a real opportunity to meet and help people, even as a housekeeper. You get to see amazing recoveries and can feel good about yourself at the end of the day.

Cons

Unfortunately my management team was contracted out and often seemed to be on a different page the the hospital. I felt that there were two different job cultures.

This is one of the few places in the world where researchers have direct access to patients. This provides an excellent opportunity to interact with subjects and try research ideas.

Cons

The research is walking the line between academia and industry, so it can sometime be hard to figure out what the priorities are.
