      - Gain access to one of the finest research centers in the world - Great opportunity to develop research skills and network with very accomplished scientists - Continuing education is highly encouraged (i.e. attending SRAlab/Northwestern University lectures and workshops)

      Cons

      - Negative workplace culture (constant gossiping, speculation, lack of trust, etc.), which led to an extremely high department turnover rate - Very little (if any) opportunity for advancement above project coordinator status; promotion requirements were outlined but rarely followed - Low pay

      Poor Management. Which turned even worse during the pandemic. Staff made to work with no PPE. The company is more concerned about their bottom line and profits over the safety and care of its staff
