      Pros

      Self-scheduling is nice, most staff are friendly. Cool to see the patients progress over time.

      Cons

      Management does not advocate for staff, pay is not competitive, frequently understaffed, not a lot of opportunity for growth. Upper management is out of touch. Institution does not value loyalty, turnover rate is HIGH.

      People are kind and passionate, the work environment is adaptable and a good pace, and there is a lot to learn. I enjoy my project.
