SRAlab is a good company to start your career with as it is a great resume builder being the #1 acute rehab. Good experience as SRAlab takes patients across the world. Wonderful peer support.

Cons

Caseloads continue to increase with no salary raise or additional Care Managers hired. Upper management does not listen to the departments concerns about quality of care declining; they just want the beds filled. Compensation - salary is significantly lower than what the market offers. Manager has never been a Care Manager before, therefore does not know our role or understand how to advocate for the department. Favoritism, defensiveness, inconsistency and poor time management are evident in leadership style. Very limited clinical development opportunities.

Pros

Excellent variety of patients to work with. Few places will give you the experience you can get here. Clinicians are such dedicated and hard working people who genuinely care about the patients.

Cons

Every department is well understaffed. Some have been so since before moving to the new hospital, which is 3 times the size. Nearly everyone is underpaid based on market averages, and Inter department communication is not great
