Pros
Coworkers are helpful and kind. The hospital is beautiful and supplies and technology in the floor are fairly up to date and well stocked. It has a close knit feel between staff. The patients in general are happy to be there which makes it that much more rewarding to work there.
Cons
HR is a challenge to navigate. The pay is not very competitive.
