      Good pace for new nurses to practice some skills before heading into a different specialty, good interdisciplinary relationships/communication, lots of onsite training available, very education based hospital

      Cons

      Not a ton of room for growth, annual salary increases are very minimal, expect a call asking you to work every single day you have off, constantly short staffed, quick turnover rate
