      Pros

      Supportive nurse positive work environment with good opportunities for internal advancement. Coworkers are kind and helpful. Facility is beautiful.

      Cons

      Transportation downtown can be expensive, but the cost of parking is less than at some other nearby facilities, and is free for overnight workers, which is appreciated.

      Pros

      OP therapist at offsite location with smaller staff but talented folks. Patient caseload based on your ability to treat various disorders ( as I expanded my knowledge, so did my caseload with increased variety): tons of opportunities for growth if you make and maintain connections with downtown main hospital staff

      Cons

      Salary! ( they don’t pay top $ for experience and tend to choose newbie’s out of grad school-maybe because they won’t pay for experienced folks?)
