Pros

With an average of 6-7 patients per PCT, you usually get enough time with each patient to not rush through anything. Since this is an inpatient rehab center, most of the patients are there for weeks to months. There is an opportunity to get to know your patients better.

Cons

Parking sucks. The pay isn’t that great considering how “world renowned” the facility is.
