      Beautiful view and good PTO time.

      Cons

      Absolutely horrendous place to work. They really do not care about their employees. They don’t offer competitive pay considering how much money they make being the “best” rehab facility in the country. There is a reason there is constant turnover throughout the therapy and nursing staff. You won’t see any therapist here under 30 because they all realized their value is higher than what they’re paid and how they’re treated.

      Pros

      There is no greater privilege than developing relationships with patients and watching them meet milestones they never thought they'd hit (like walking and talking). The culture is very collaborative and entrepreneurial--good ideas are always welcome.

      Cons

      Honestly, none, especially now that non-patient-facing staff can work from home. This has greatly increased my work/life balance and general satisfaction.
