Pros

Good support systems. We strive to be the best we can in all aspects of healthcare. Good team work

Cons

Not proactive in the market when it comes to pay Some RN/PCT disconnect RN’s deal with way too many things unrelated to nursing issues. Too many other issues arise at the hands of RN’s which they have to deal with. Things have to be fixed so they don’t feel so overwhelmed.

Not a bad place to work

Pros

not the stress of traditional floor nursing, bc the patients arnt as sick. Great place for experienced nurses that want to get away from the grind of regular med surg. Can see your patients actually get better (sometimes) and make huge progress is pretty cool. Really appreciated CNAs here.

Cons

Can have 6-8 patients at night. A lot of "grosser" work.
