      -There is always work available and tons of overtime and incentive opportunities offered. - Insurance and benefits are pretty good. - Depending on the unit you work, your schedule can be flexible

      Cons

      -There is a shortage of staff so there was a lot of times when we worked understaffed. -The day to day activities keep you on your toes -Have to work weekends and holidays (rotating, but it’s just like any other healthcare job) -
