positive vibe and environment, seems like you can move up but i didn't witness anything to support that idea

Cons

starting at minimum wage isnt that motivating with selling and no commission, pressure to be an aggressive salesperson is intense, having good sales numbers on paper didnt matter if you didnt fit their mold on the floor
