NONE everything about this JOB is horrible

Cons

Shoe Palace is such a great company itself but the upper management make this the worst place to work. If you work less than 12 hours you are frowned upon. They treat you like garbage (name-calling) They don't care about anyone or anything but saving a dime. I feel sorry for everyone who is still working there. Everyone works really hard and is never recognized. They underpay everyone ! And give crappy benefits after 3 months.

Great Environment. Teamwork. Fun Experience for a first time job when handling shoes.

No commision. Not many benefits and discounts for the company. Not many hours when working with a lot of people.
