- Great people for the most part - Some interesting projects to work on - Modern tech stack

Cons

- Management does nothing but reorg the company every 6 months - Extremely tight deadlines with a very lean staff -Work/life balance has degraded significantly over the last few years - No upward mobility unless you are best buddies with your manager - Promo is a joke after covid and not keeping up with competitors
