-Managers care about seeing employees develop -Reasonable hours and you are generally paid for the hours you work over 40 -Get really good experience working on different types of projects -Company culture and leadership are a plus

Cons

-Expect to work long hours one or two summers on site as an inspector (it is really good experience) -Average to slightly below average compensation
