Pros

Great work life balance and being able to work remote are two of my favorite things about SEH. Additionally, everyone is really helpful and friendly and there's a lot of different types of projects to work on.

Cons

Each office seems like it's own company so sometimes it's hard to connect with other offices/people. They pay and benefits are good (not great) and below industry standard.
