No room for growth!! Manage to doesn’t care about employees! All about shareholders! They care nothing about the employees! Waaay below industry in salary!

No raised,no bonus, no cost leaving, no premiums, not enough sick days, no good management....

Cons

Not pay for if you covered someone on vacation, no over time and no for doing somebody's job...

Check on time. Okay job

Cons

Very low wages. Benefits need to improve substantially. Companies ran very badly. Christmas shutdown gone. No jury duty pay. Sick days the bare minimum only because of State has Force to give us some. Hardly get any raises as well as starting almost at minimum wage
