- But managers(all levels, even to VP level) get promoted in 1-3.5 years
- Many Motorola managers got hired who are bringing
Motorola Mobility culture to Shure. They care only about their own
career growth.
- Most of the engineers do not get to work on newer
technologies.
- Layoffs happened at least 2-3 times in the recent years.
