Pros

Decent pay if you can get hired on full-time. Temps start at $10.00/hour and when you get hired on and fully trained you can make up to $15.00/hour.

Cons

Incompetent supervisors and upper management. A lot of the current employees are totally worthless and for some unknown reason do not get fired. Lots of drama you have to deal with!!!

The salaries are on the low side of the industry due to the nature of the business, ie, adhesive tape manufacturing and distributing imported goods from Asia.
