Pros

The only pro is that you might have an early day if you get the classrooms photographed quickly.

Cons

This is the worst job you can accept. They don't care about their employees and it shows!

Pros

Willing to adopt new technologies. Good Engineering team. People are conscientious and willing to help out. Customers really like our products. Company sells products that are really meaningful in people's lives.

Cons

Mature market. Don't always hit company sales targets so bonuses are not always available. Sell premium products, so competition can undercut on price.

Pros

Opportunities to grow, good management, and state of the art environment. As a lead, you are given a lot of autonomy by the management.

Cons

Shifts are 12 hours and you only work 36 hours most weeks, although there are opportunities to get overtime during peak seasons.
