      Lots of smart people, lots of executive turnover

      Pros

      There are a lot of great, very smart people working hard to do their best. Many people in the operations org have been around for 10+ years.

      Cons

      There has been a ton of executive turnover which causes a lot of confusion, mistrust and overall low morale.

      You take pictures and learn posing.

      Have to drive somewhere different all the time, but I actually like that. They also reimburse for milage.

      -once peak season is over, don't expect any hours - no benefits - be ready to travel to reach hours promised to you in your pay negotiations
