Pros
Lifetouch used to be a employee oriented company who truly cared about the customer
Cons
Shutterfly only cares about the bottom line and does not understand the school picture market nor does the senior leadership seem to care to understand it. They cut everyone who had tenure with Lifetouch in lieu of cheaper employees who would do their bidding (read "cut costs") which in turn lost a tremendous amount of business due to customer complaints
