Pros

The brand is amazing and it always gave me pride to say that I worked for Shutterfly.

Cons

Too many changes. It’s a revolving door of leaders, plans, strategies. The current leadership in marketing lacks strategic chops or seniority.

Pros

It’s mainly remote work, and the pay was decent.

Cons

The company has absolutely no vision, and can’t get out of their own way. It’s constant changes to pull out of their debt which only buries them worse. I worked there 7 years, and every day got worse. It actually was good in the beginning but clueless leader after clueless leader doomed them quick.

Pros

Good work environment and great learning opportunities

Cons

Training is pretty much on your own, you get thrown into stuff.
