Lots of autonomy and friendly support from peers & leadership. Flexible work life balance most of the times.

Cons

Christmas is very busy, so you do miss out a bit on the holiday spirit. Silo's make it hard to progress or try new things So much change lately, it's manageable, but if you change scares you it's a con.
