      Pros

      Free meals, free snacks and drinks, dual computer monitors, personal desk space, free to listen to music on headphones while doing your work (chat/email reps only), awesome over-time cash potential, friendly co-workers/managers.

      Cons

      It didn't seem like there were advancement opportunities. Having to deal with some pretty angry customers after the holidays b/c their order was never delivered or it wasn't up to par. We weren't trained on how to handle the "after the holidays" aftermath. Also, b/c the job is part of the retail industry, enjoying the holidays can be hard.

      Pros

      It was a good company and team to work for until the recent management change.

      Cons

      The new management does not understand anything about systems but they make decisions and everyone needs to adhere to them. They did let go many from the team and they did lay off many from the team as well. No value for anyone who works in the team. There is no room for any of the team members feedback. More like a corporate dictatorship now. Its just filled with pure politics now rather than the actual job. No room for any career growth.
