      Pros

      Great culture and work-life balance. My supervisors were always willing to give me time off when I needed it, and I felt very welcome by most of the people in the office.

      Cons

      Shutterfly is constantly changing and improving (a good thing), but this doesn't always get communicated to all employees, leading to confusion.
