I think that the most prominent pros that come to mind include having great coworkers, free lunches, and off-site activities.

Cons

I have heard from some co workers that work hours (particularly during holiday season) can be particularly high. I have also seen many workers find have difficult times integrating into the company.

A fun company that is always looking to improve. Fairly laid back atmosphere. They are always looking for feedback and ways to improve. They seem to listen and use the feedback.

Cons

Need a flexible schedule and during Q4 you have work 10-12 hour days.
