Pros

Creative perspective recognizes the value of excellent products superior customer service willing to invest in new ventures - if they offer big returns seeks to stay ahead of the curve wants to own the market space fosters collaboration

Cons

slight disconnect between executive compensation and middle management financial opportunities; cumbersome administrative requirements sometimes conflict with achieving objectives meetings sometimes involve too many players - each with their own agenda - making it difficult to accomplish objectives.

Pros

Nice work-life balance. Good place for a stable career. Generally fun people with good intentions. Teams are relatively balanced and the company tries to support a team building culture.

Cons

Lack of strong middle management. Development programs are working, but not quick enough. Upper management seems distanced from the rest of the population.
