Pros

Our products are fun and an important part of people's lives. My colleagues are smart and dedicated. Senior management is focused, performance-oriented and accessible.

Cons

Meetings would be more efficient if people scheduled them and started them with a clear objective of what they want to accomplish. This is true of most companies.

Pros

Work/life balance is important at Shutterfly, open communication with executive staff, opportunity to work on a variety of projects, and happy people at Shutterfly.

Cons

Pay and benefits could be more competitive, career growth is slow, planning is slow, sometimes the company acts as a scrappy startup.
