      - Company has a clear vision - Company is doing well and growing quickly and profitably - Strong leadership team that seems to be focused on the right priorities - Great energy amongst the team - Fun products and services. We're not selling widgets - With strong growth comes good career advancement opportunities

      Pros

      Was a fun place to work - very cool products & solid management team. The enthusiasm and passion to excel as a company was shared by managers up and executives.

      Cons

      As long as you did your job and played the game (politically) you were safe. Dissatisfied employees were rarely given the chance to communicate and effect positive change. Many employees simply left and were replaced with more junior people so those who stayed had to pick up the slack.
