Pros

Our products are fun and an important part of people's lives. My colleagues are smart and dedicated. Senior management is focused, performance-oriented and accessible.

Cons

Meetings would be more efficient if people scheduled them and started them with a clear objective of what they want to accomplish. This is true of most companies.

Pros

- Founders and senior level management are approachable and very friendly - Casual, laid back atmosphere - Friendly coworkers, everyone helps each other out - Company cohesiveness is valued and promoted

Cons

- per previous review, company in awkward growing stage at time of departure - long and drawn-out temporary status before becoming permanent employee - lots of micromanagement that can be very limiting to one's capability - flexibility at minimum - high performance wasn't rewarded, especially when compared to coworkers who performed more poorly but were paid the same
